Subscribers can use bonus balance and bonus on-net when Core balance = 0VND, subscribers will be switched to the one-way-suspended status only if validity period of core balance is expired. Subscribers will have 30 days to receive call, SMS, call Beeline Contact Center and make emergency calls before changing to two ways suspended status. The period of 2 ways suspended state is 30 days. To continue using Beeline services, please recharge.

Active period is accumulated = active period of latest charging scratch card + remaining active period before recharging.

Account balance is accumulated = value of latest charging scratch card + remaining account before recharging.
